(b) If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
7. Data Breaches
(a) In the event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm to any individuals whose personal information is involved, we will promptly notify the affected individuals and the relevant authorities, in accordance with PIPEDA. (b) We will take all reasonable steps to contain and remedy the data breach, investigate the cause, and update our security practices to prevent future breaches.
8. Overseas transfer
(a) Your personal information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Canada unless you expressly request us to do so. If you request us to transfer your personal information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with PIPEDA, and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.
